Order Cancellation

Orders can be cancelled within 48 hours of being placed. Once production and processing begin, we're unable to cancel the order.

Processing Time

Each order is carefully prepared and dispatched within 5-8 working days. During new launches or festive periods, dispatch may take a little longer—we appreciate your patience.

Exchanges

Need a different size? We've got you.

Size exchanges can be requested within 14 days of receiving your order.
Garments must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and returned with all original tags and packaging.
Exchanges are subject to size availability. If your required size isn't available, our team will help you find the best possible solution.

If you receive a garment with a manufacturing defect or the wrong item, we'll replace it at no additional cost.

Refunds

As every SYNK piece is produced in limited quantities, we do not offer refunds for change of mind, style preference, or incorrect size selection.

Refunds will only be issued if we're unable to fulfill your order due to product unavailability after your purchase.
