Returns, Exchanges & Refunds

At SYNK, every piece is made in limited quantities with care and intention.

Order Cancellation: Orders can be cancelled within 48 hours of placing the order. Once processing begins, cancellations cannot be accepted.

Processing Time: Orders are carefully prepared and dispatched within 5–8 working days. Timelines may be slightly longer during launches or festive periods.

Size Exchanges: Size exchanges are available within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and returned with original tags and packaging. Exchanges are subject to size availability. If the requested size is unavailable, our team will assist with the best possible alternative.

Damaged or Incorrect Items: If you receive a defective or incorrect product, we will replace it at no additional cost. Please contact us within 14 days of delivery. No refunds are offered for change of mind, style preference, or incorrect size selection.

Refunds: Refunds are only issued if SYNK is unable to fulfill your order due to product unavailability.
